about

The Bog People were a band from Preston and were active from 2009 - 2010. Robbie and Stu formed the Bog People shortly after their former band, The Day Man Lost had called it a day. They were influenced by grindcore, powerviolence, doom, noise and myths and legends from the North West of England.

We played two tours in England in 2010. Firstly with Active Minds and Jesus Crost (NL) in March then with another Preston band (of which Stu played in), Mass of Bastards in June 2010

Influenced by bands such as Swans, Iron Lung, Discordance Axis and Napalm Death.
